Your licence and updates

Where the key goes, what it unlocks, and why an outage on our side changes nothing on yours.

Harmony Sound → Installer, first card.

Bought on ThemeForest

Nothing to enter. Your updates come through Envato, as they do for every item you buy there.

Bought directly from HB Studio Co

Your key was emailed to you after purchase. Enter it and click Activate: it unlocks updates and support for the domain you activate it on.

  • Development domains — localhost, *.test, staging.* and the like — do not consume a seat. Build on a staging copy without spending your activation.
  • Moving to a new domain? Deactivate on the old one first, from the same screen.

If our service does not answer

Your site is unaffected and keeps selling. An outage on our side must never switch anything off on yours — that is a design decision, not a happy accident.
