What you edit, and with what
The theme renders the frame; Elementor edits the content. Knowing which is which saves an hour.
Harmony Sound is built for the free version of Elementor. That version has no Theme Builder: it cannot edit the header, the footer, the product page, the shop or the cart. The theme renders those, and you set them in Harmony Sound → Settings.
What the theme renders
| Part of the site | Where you set it |
|---|---|
| Top bar, header, navigation | Harmony Sound → Settings → Header |
| Footer | Harmony Sound → Settings → Footer |
| Shop and category pages | Harmony Sound → Settings → Shop |
| Product page | Harmony Sound → Settings → Product page, and the product’s own “Harmony Sound” tab |
| Cart, checkout, account | WooCommerce |
What Elementor edits
The content of your pages — home, bundle, compare, about — with the seventeen widgets the plugin provides. Anything you can drag, you edit in Elementor. Anything that repeats on every page, you set in the theme settings.
You do not need Elementor Pro, and no paid plugin is required for anything described in this documentation. If you already own Pro, nothing changes: it simply adds its own tools alongside ours.
Why the split exists
Elementor’s free Theme Builder does not exist. A theme that pretended otherwise would leave you with a header you cannot touch. Harmony Sound takes the opposite route: it renders the frame itself, and hands you Elementor for everything inside it.
