The settings panel
One screen for everything that repeats on every page. Five tabs, and nothing hidden elsewhere.
Harmony Sound → Settings. Five tabs: Header, Footer, Shop, Product page, Performance.
Why not the Customizer
WordPress’s Customizer is excellent at showing a change live — a logo, a colour, a menu. It is painful for thirty switches: a narrow side panel, and a round trip for each one.
So the settings live here, and they were moved, not duplicated. Two places saying the same thing always end up contradicting each other, and it is you who pays the difference. Values you had already chosen were carried over the first time the panel opened.
What stays in the Customizer
What WordPress puts there itself: site identity (your logo and site name), menus, and the home page setting. The panel links to it.
Saving
Each tab is a section of one form. Saving from the Shop tab does not wipe what you set under Header — the other tabs travel with the form, simply hidden.
