• The page concerned
• A screenshot or a short screen recording

Those are what let us answer the first time rather than the third.

Before that

What support covers

Setting up the theme, its settings, its widgets and its tools. It does not cover writing custom code for your site, nor third-party plugins we did not write — though we will always tell you plainly when a problem comes from one.
